This evening without warning the worst flare up ever has come on and has been going on for about 4 hours now- I’ve been in the bath for about two hours, have drunk so much water that I feel like I might explode and have taken a Trimethoprim. I’m in so much pain and discomfort and I just don’t know what else to do- does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get some kind of relief NOW?

I don’t know how I’m going to sleep tonight, I just want to cry.

Any advice appreciated
Forgot to add that it’s 8.30pm, I can’t get to anywhere and I’m freaking out :(

Plenty of fluids and definitely antibiotics. Contact NHS 24/direct.
