Anyone know any home remedies for cystitis?

by admin December 30th, 2008. Filed under: cystitis.

I think I may have cystitis and I can't walk down to the chemist or doctors I feel like I need a wee every two minutes!! :(
Ive tried a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in a glass of water (erk it was horrible!) anyone know any other tips? Im going on holiday tomorrow as well!!
Please help!! :(

Try to go to nearest pharmacy and get tea for cystitis, drink lots of cups and have a warm bath from waist down in that tea also. Get also some over the counter pills for cystitis, they will help alot. Keep that part of the body very warm.

What should i do when i know i have cystitis?

« I was just diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis, what should i expect from it? does anyone take zoloft for interstitial cystitis? »

I had this as a child and always got rid of it by drinking LOADS of water. Apparently it flushed out the germs. But that was for the painful stinging-wee problem. I'm not a medical expert so I don't know what to say…you might need to see a doctor if it's really bad.
