It feels like i've drunk 10 gallons of water but can't find a toilet. It's unbearable and i can't sit still or do anything constructive. When i go to teh toilet it's just a dribble. I've got antibiotics but can anyone suggest something while they work. I don't have pain as such and all the over the counter remedies seem to focus on that.
