Do you need a prescription for UriStat?

I've been suffering in silence with cystitis for a few months now. It's the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.
Does anyone know if UriStat is just something you can buy at WalMart or a drugstore?
Also, does anyone have home remedies that actually work?

You do not need an Rx for this…It's over the counter.

    You do not need an Rx for this…It's over the counter.

    sometimes can't get it… it's otc (in my pharmacy it's no longer available from our wholesalers)

    now there is azo standard and cystex (pain reliever + antibacterial)

    you can get both at any drug store
