Yes, Best bet Is UTI and/or bladder, kidney infection. Vet.

It would be worth a trip to the vet. Animals who are house trained that go accidentally inside usually have a health problem, most likely a bladder infection/ uniary tract infection.

it is probably the male starting to mark his territory. Have him neutered. Have her spayed too would be best. also the female may have a urinary tract infection.

If you saw her posturing to urinate on the bean bag chair, she may have had the sudden urge to go and couldn't make it outside in time. She could have a UTI in that case. If you found the accident there, it's also possible that she was leaking urine while laying on it. Either a UTI or urinary incontinence needs to be addressed by a vet, so take her in to get checked out.

I dunno, that may be normal.

My cousins’ dog is potty trained but she pees in the house every once in a while.

You might wanna get her checked though, if you really feel somthings wrong.
