I don’t get why …
I don’t get why it’s taboo either. But it can be very serious as I found out earlier this year. I had very bad symptoms. It wasn’t just burning, it was agonising… like peeing shards of broken glass. I left it for 10 days before I saw my GP by which time I was peeing blood. I was given antibiotics by my GP which didn’t work and so it began spreading up to my kidneys. I had a fever, severe mid back pain and i couldn’t stand up straight. I had to go to A&E where I was given IV antibiotics.

Thank you very much for this video! I knew that the infection is very common in women, but was surprised that no one talks about it…..why is it such a taboo?
